There were plenty of volunteers for our first Litter pick and our ranks were augmented with some willing Grandchildren….after being bribed with Lunch at the Golden Beam. We were suprised by the amount of rubbish we collected but were expecting much more. Is the message getting through?
Others decided to visit Headingley Hall and chat with the residents. We hope to make this a regular engagement with those who don’t receive visitors.
